A [[fanzine]] [[pubbed]] by [[David Shafer]] of [[Cincinnati]] beginning in 1954.

[[Dick Geis]] reviewed the first [[ish]] in ''[[Psychotic]]'' 16: 
<blockquote>A ten page [[mimeographed]] first issue of a curiously bad [[zine]]. From the tone of the [[writing]] in the editorial it is evident that a group of enthusiastic teen-agers turn it out. The writing level is about what you'd expect. The curious aspect is the ancient brown-with-age colored paper on which it is mimeod. Dry and brittle, it looks at least ten years old.</blockquote>

It’s not known whether there were subsequent issues.
