Joseph Patrizio was a British fan who became active in the 1960s and who married Bill Temple's daughter Ann Patrizio. He was a member of the BSFA, published Binary (for OMPA), Ipso Facto (with Ted Forsyth for IPSO), and was a co-editor of Topee or Not Topee, also for OMPA.
