A hotel in New Carrollton, MD, which was the site of many Disclaves starting in with Disclave 28 in 1984. The hotel was not at all upscale (though in a good location with free parking, a safe neighborhood, and reasonable food within walking distance). One special feature was that it changes its name almost annually (it didn't help):
- Disclave 28: New Carrollton Sheraton
- Disclave 29: The Sheraton Inn
- Disclave 30: The Sheraton Washington Northeast
- Disclave 32: Howard Johnson New Carrolton
- Disclave 33: Sheraton Greenbelt
- Disclave 41: Ramada -- this was the last Disclave at the hotel and the last Disclave at all due to the Disclave Flood.
