Georgina "Gina" Ellis Clarke was a Calgary, Canada, fanzine editor and fan artist who was active in the late 1950s and early ’60s.

She married fellow fan Norm Clarke in 1965 and lived in Quebec and then Ottawa. She was also known as "Dutch" Ellis and later called the "Dutchess of Canadian Fandom."

She was active in FAPA into the ’70s, at least. With Norm she published Descant (FAPA) and Honque. She also published Queebshots with Norm Clarke and Boyd Raeburn. She was a founding member of Lilapa.
