A bid to hold the 2023 Westercon at the Doubletree by Hilton Phoenix Tempe in Tempe, AZ in 2023. It was cancelled in mid-2021 due to some sort of complication due to Covid-19 with a promise to come back as a bid for 2025. The bid was sponsored by the Western Science Fiction Association and the Central Arizona Speculative Fiction Society and co-chaired by Hal C. F. Astell and Mark Boniece.
