Russ Wilsey, aka Felix, an impressionable 1940s neofan from Long Island, was roped into the Cosmic Circle by Claude Degler. He was put in charge of the Cosmen of the Island but soon wised up and resigned.
He was a FAPA waitlister in 1944, and attended the Dovention and wrote about it.
