Olexandr Vasylkivsky (Олександр Васильківський, sometimes also transliterated Oleksandr; earlier, he used the Russian form Александр Васильковский, Alexander Vasilkovsky) is a fan, translator and reviewer from Kyiv, Ukraine, active in SF clubs since 1984, including Zoryany Shlyah SF Club. He was the editor (with club chairman Borys Sydiuk) of its English-language Chernobylization (1991–3), and traded and corresponded with other faneds across the globe. There he signed his articles with the initial of his patronymic Alexander V. Vasilkovsky (possibly also to prevent confusion with his namesake Alexander Alexandrovich Vasilkovsky, 1940– , Kyiv journalist and novelist).

He was on the con committees of the Kyiv Eurocon 2006 and Eurocon 2013 and served as the Ukraine agent for Interaction. As of 2013, he had "attended three Worldcons and seven Eurocons" as well as Sou'Wester (1994).[1]
