Balticon 4 was a convention held February 13-15, 1970 at the Lord Baltimore Hotel in Baltimore. The GoHs were Damon Knight and Kate Wilhelm.

The chairman was Jack Chalker. Knight put the dinners of a large number of would-be Clarion writers on his hotel room bill, disgusting Jack Chalker to the point he stopped chairing Balticon.
