Balticon 30 was a convention held at the Omni Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, MD, Easter weekend, April 5-7, 1996. The GoHs were Robert Jordan, Lubov, and Frank Hayes and the FGoH was Marty Gear.

The chairman was Colette Schleifer.

Daniel Graham won the Compton Crook Award for The Gatekeepers. The previous year's winner was Doranna Durgin.
