Anna Sinclare Moffatt, nicknamed “Stfanna,” was an LA area fan. She chaired SoLaCon, the 1958 Worldcon. (At that convention she made fannish history by killing the controversial WSFS, Inc.)

She was Secretary of the Outlanders, a member of LASFS and of the N3F. She was the first wife of fellow fan Len Moffatt.
