DFDF 2023 was a filk convention held May 18–21, 2023, at the Ringhotel Sellhorn in Hanstedt, Germany, a suburb of Hamburg. Guests of Honor: Loewenthal (Silva & Kjenjo); International Guests: Bill & Brenda Sutton.
In addition to the traditional "Aquapella" song circle held in the swimming pool, some members of the convention organized a song circle in the hotel's sauna. This may have been the first nude filksing ever held at a convention.
