A British-born fan who lived in New Zealand. He was a member (and Treasurer) of the Wellington SF Circle, a member of the SFCoL, and OMPA (OE). He published Meet, Parafanalia, Sizar, and Topee or Not Topee, all for OMPA.

He seems to have been most active in the late 50s and early 60s.
