A Canadian fan who lived in Quebec before settling in Ottawa. He was a jazz and rock musician and married fellow fan Gina Ellis in 1965. He was active in FAPA into the 70s, at least. With Ellis he published Descant (FAPA) and Honque. He also published Queebshots with Ellis and Boyd Raeburn and Willard R. Biscuit Newsletter with Boyd Raeburn and Will Straw. He was a founding member of Lilapa.

He was nominated for the 1967 Best Fan Writer Hugo.
