A disease which seems to be fairly common in fandom in which the operations of a club itself becomes the whole point of the club and the center of its members' fannish lives: Not what the club was set up to do, not socializing, not running a convention or published a fanzine, but just turning the wheels that keep a club running.
An easy diagnostic is a club which is so infatuated with parliamentary procedure and Robert's Rules to the point where they become the center of club activities.
