Underwood–Miller was a SF and fantasy small press specialty publishing house in San Francisco, California, founded in 1976. It was founded by Tim Underwood, a San Francisco book and art dealer, and Chuck Miller, a Pennsylvania used book dealer, after the two had met at a convention.

For a significant period, Underwood-Miller was probably the largest published of fine and special editions of previously-published books with well over one hundred titles. They specialized in art books, books by Jack Vance and limited first editions.

The partnership was dissolved in 1994.
