A convention held November 30-December 2, 1979 at the Rembrandt Hotel in Vancouver. The GoH was F. M. Busby, and FGoH was Elinor Busby and the Special Guest was Judith Merril. It seems to have been a fundraiser for the Vancouver in '87 Worldcon bid.
It was cancelled in mid-1979.
