Skandinavisk förening för science fiction (SFSF) is a club founded in Stockhokm in in late 1959, became active in 1960 and is still extant and active. It replaced the earlier Stockholm club Futura, founded in 1950 and Sweden's earliest known sf club. During the 1970s, the membership ranged from 200 to over 600 members. In 1976, the club bought the discontined Swedish SF Book Club from publisher Askild & Kärnekull, acquired its inventory of books and began selling both Swedish and foreign titles at a discount to its members, which allowed it to rent space at Pontonjargatan 45 in central Stockholm. During its most active period, meetings were held five evenings per week. In 1978, the front room of the club space was renovated into a small bookstore, open daily; this was the first beginnings of the later Stockholm Science Fiction Book Store, which by 2022 had its main store in Stockholm's Old Town and subsidiaries in Gothenburg and Malmoe; by then, annual turnover had grown from around US$20,000 in the 1970s to over US$20M.

Club economy as well as the impossibility of finding members willing to work on club and bookstore activities seven days a week forced a closure of the club rooms by the end of 1980, and since then the club has reverted to holding meetins at the homes of members or in public facilities. It is still a major Swedish club with close to 200 members and over the years has hosted or co-hosted numerous conventions in the Stockholm area.

It publishes a genzine, SF Forum, and for many years also a club newszine, Spectra.
