Richard Flinchbaugh was a fan artist from Seneca, PA, active in the late sixties and early seventies. He came into sf fandom from comics fandom. His line drawings appeared in Beabohema, Proper Boskonian, WSFA Journal, Yandro, and other zines. He typically signed his drawings as "rlf". He was known less formally as Dick Flinchbaugh.
