Pablo Miguel Alberto Vazquez III, an American fan, co-chaired the San Juan in 2017 NASFiC bid and chaired the resulting NASFiC, NorthAmeriCon '17. He co-chaired Corflu 37 in 2020.
In 2018, he was the first recipient of the Shimmer Program, a Chinese fan fund.
Born in the Caribbean, Vazquez grew up between Panama City, Panama, and San Juan, Puerto Rico, and has also lived in Texas and London.
