Greg Eide, a lifelong comics fan, built and ran a comics/records/SF/figurine store that existed in various locations in the Pittsburgh area since 1972. It had been located at 1121 Penn Ave. in Pittsburgh since the early '90s, where it took three floors of a building.
When Eide died suddenly of Covid-19, he had left his store to some of his employees so Eide's Entertainment could continue.
