(August 12, 1928 – )

A Philadelphia fan, Allison Williams (later Phillips) was a member of PSFS and co-editor of its OO, Variant, in 1947. She attended Cinvention in 1949.

She was a daughter of James Williams, president of the club. Allison's mother Margaret died when Allison was three. As a result, Allison lived with other relatives throughout her childhood, living in Wisconsin and Florida as well as Pennsylvania

Like her father, Allison served as president of PSFS. She married Alexander Phillips, a pro who became a PSFS president, too. The family tradition of fannish involvement continued with Margaret Trebing, Allison and Alexander’s daughter, who also became a PSFS officer.
