A hoax bid to hold the 1993 Worldcon in Schenectady, NY (nevermind that the site was in the Eastern Zone and thus not eligible.)
They published a program book for the con. The GoHs were "Bboyd Little, Jr." (Lloyd Biggle, Jr. ) and Denny Lien as Fan GoH. Phil Foglio was toastmaster. They don;t seem to have published proposed dates, so presumably it was for Labor Day, 1993.
