Charlotte “Charlie” Williams, aka "The Third Charlie Williams," was a conrunning fan from Chattanooga, TN. She was elected to the board of Chattacon in 1989, and was the first woman to chair the convention with Chattacon XIX in 1994 and Chattacon XX in ’95.

Originally from Knoxville, she was a schoolteacher and once toured with Up With People.

She died of lung cancer after more than a year of illness.
