Eastercon 14, Bullcon, was held at the Bull Hotel in Peterborough, UK over Easter, April 12-14, 1963. The GoH was Edmund Crispin. The committee was Ken Slater, Pauline Jackson, Dave Barber. There were 167 paid registrations, the highest number for any British con since Loncon.

The first Doc Weir Award was presented here to Peter Mabey. Harry Nadler won the best costume prize for "a very nasty-looking mutant". The convention newsletter was The East Fanglian Times.
