Lilian MacKay was a UK fan from Liverpool in the mid-1950s. She was a member of the Liverpool Group and appeared in 'Last and First Fen', their third 'tapera' that debuted at Cytricon II in 1956.
She was the sister of Don MacKay and her sister-in-law was Renee MacKay.
