Renee MacKay was a UK fan from Liverpool in the mid-1950s. She was a member of the Liverpool Group and co-wrote and appeared in 'Last and First Fen', their third 'tapera' that debuted at Cytricon II in 1956. She played the part of Cleopatra and later in the convention appeared in costume as the character, complete with non-canonical cigarette holder. She was also listed as an attendee of Cytricon IV.
She was married to fellow fan Don MacKay and her sister-in-law was Lil MacKay.
